Any help with graphic issue

This basically happens when i look at the ocean/sea i think and im just not sure whats causing it

2. is there any mod(s) loaded?
3. try verify game files on steam.

Try to uninstall your GPU driver and install the latest version after that

And be sure that u are using the proper version not SDK version of driver

im getting it from the amd website for my gpu i think thats fine right?

Shader issues can be fixed by reinstalling the driver

unless im blind i cant see where i can turn it off more than i already have

i do have this on my startup command idk if that does anything

That's not related to the mods cuz you still got it on official servers

I don't want to say it buy maybe if you try to repair your windows files and also game files
