I do not have any anti virus open or anything else
I am the main owner and its on a pc and im using an ethernet cable

Okay lets see if someone knows more about this. I'm not sure as it points to both local permissions as to internet access.
By the way did you try directly into your modem, bypassing any firewall/router ?

I may have found a solution, but i wont know until it attempts to connect to a server.
Previously i went into files and ran the game from files but wouldnt connect to any server it gave another error, so now i went to task manager and i didnt know my avast was running so i shut it down. The game ended up loading so now im trying to see if it will actually let me into a server without any battle error messages
If this is the solution I appreciate you guys for taking your time out of your day and apologize for the inconvenience
