the reason Arma 3 40k is allowed is because its on the steam workshop and doesnt run the risk of bohemia getting sued for allowing it, but reforger uses a workshop run by bohemia so it does run the risk of getting sued if they GW wants it removed so if they do not have permission this will 100% be taken off the workshop

GW is not at all against such content when it is monetized. I am not sure if I still have the letter, but as such, getting permission is not very difficult.

Yeah dude this will get taken down, Games workshop don't allow any use of their brand or "Recreations" they even have gone as far as to taken down any YouTube Animation videos

And because it's a Bohemias workshop and no steam, bohemia will take it down to avoid any issues with Games workshops

I'll ask three questions, after which you'll either give a detailed answer that will make me agree more and understand that you grasp the essence of the matter, or you'll give an answer that is far from the point.

1)According to IP principles, the Halo mod should be removed because the IP rules of both GW and 343 Industries are the same. So why are they still in the showcase and workshop?
2)Nothing is stopping GW from reaching out to Steam support and pointing out the product, just like it happened with SW in A3 and Garry's Mod. In that case, the TIOW, ICP, and GrimDark Armory mods would have been removed. Moreover, Steam itself could have taken down the mod according to its publication rules. But they are still available. Or take Sketchfab and ArtStation—people are still publishing their WH40k-related works.
3)It was mentioned that ALL WH40k animation videos were removed... But there's a problem—Astartes is still on YouTube, and its creator works for GW. Moskoni, who made SCORCH with over a million views, is still there. And that's not even mentioning low-quality animations.

And if you carefully read the IP rules, it is written in black and white that "you cannot create content for commercial use." Maybe I'm stupid or missing something, but for some reason, I don't see the WH40k community exploding over banned works here and there.

Yes, it's true that SW is a bit more complicated because everyone knows that Mickey Mouse is a copyright villain, just like Nintendo. However, there are still dozens of SW mods for A3 and Garry's Mod in the Steam Workshop, and they could have been banned under the EULA. Even the large SW mod for Squad could have been removed. But they are still there.

As for Fallout, I think it faded away because of asset ripping from the games in the series rather than being created from scratch.

well, here stats fucks, so, we have few cool ideas, but ideal would be like full server 64 vs 64, without stuff like "fuck, I dont wanna play for chaos". So, at the beginig it would be guard vs renegades (guard in another color).

In past we thought about format like "Great battles", to remake Istvaan, Vraks and other, but thats in far-far future...

I think the next ones would be smthng cool like Tau with jetpack and harakons with jumppacks. But for beginning we should finish Cadian regiment.

In near future (After I solve mine IRL, we will make turrets for Tauros, Med, Repair, Troops and mb fuel modification. Fater Tauros will be Taurox, after Taurox smthng heavy I think, like Cargo 8 or smthng close to this

Look, no one is out on a witch hunt, or hates the mod, or wants anyone's downfall, but this mod, with it being covered in warhammer branding, and being 1-1 with warhammer products, will, not if, but will get taken down, A3 has warhammer mods because steam argues they have no control over what the users create and as it's a third party site, it's exempt basically, However the workshop, which is owned and managed by bohemia, are not exempt and have a very strict policy on not making mods belonging to a copyrighted product, so eventually this mod will get taken down, and so what we all want, isn't anyone's downfall, it's we want the mod to do what galactic forces did, and make something simular that still feels like warhammer, but is different enough so it doesn't get smited, there's no hate or toxicity about it, just people trying help you not get your work destroyed after you've put hours into it

And all the YT vids, that are still up, is because the creators now work for GW, all the other vids got taken down

The did or the main one Sunburst Did however he Applied for Licensing from the Legal Team of Bethesda and was denied he then emailed there advertisement team and got a "Licensing" from them however when the legal team got more into it they realised he had attempted to bypass him and he was told his License was illegitimate
