the mesh that comes with that pack is generated from a 3d scan of the object. This is typically way too dense for a game engine (not impossible but for all intents impractical, it will degrade the performance drastically). What you should do is retopologize it into a much more simplified mesh that is suitable for the engine and then bake down the details from the scan into textures

what you have is like on the right, and what you need is something like on the left. Once you have created a mesh that is of good topology, you do the UV mapping, then you take both the new mesh and the old high quality one into software like Substance Painter or other baking software and you transfer (or bake) the details from high to low via textures (normal maps, ao maps etc.)

ahm, read what soul assassin wrote. just because reforger allows you to import a mesh that is 425k vertices doesn't mean you should. That model is not a game ready asset
By comparison any of the vanilla content vesta are anywhere between 5k to 10k, some modded vests with molle are 10-30k.

I mean, you typed in two channels asking a question and didn't even replied to a question. That is not polite for sure.
Anyway, you received an advice and be aware that most likely you might end up with mod with is breaking the game and encounter plenty of technical issues so don't too much help if you prefer not to do it the right way.
