Hey everyone! I've made MEDEVAC helicopters in Arma Reforger. They work like ambulances, you can load in casualties and it has a medical arsenal. They also have special medical liveries with crosses.

I could make a black variant but I think this looks cooler and better. Also white makes it look more like a MEDEVAC helicopter and not just a transport helicopter.

Yeah, the white one currently is cool but doesn’t make much since. I think having a army med and UN med heli would be cooler

Yeah if you wanted to go the extra mile you could add a regular white un huey and med evac. Pretty sure there used to be UN huey mods but there gone

hey, could you please tell me how you added the red crosses (decals) to the helicopters, because i am currently trying to do the same but for text and flags for a yugoslavian helicopter livery

Is there anyway you can just the base game Heli skin with just a Red Cross so they aren’t white?

Just crosses are fine but me and my friends are doing Vietnam so if you want to you can put on a 1st air Calvary insignia on the tail but you don’t have to

• Replaced seats with patient cots/beds
• Added medic seats
