Ability for AI to transfer wounded aswell
For a suggestion like this to have any realistic chance of being implemented you will need to help us a bit and think about how it would work in gameplay. You can throw a keyword at us and we will have a look but it is then less likely as we need to do way more effort to make it happen. getting a fully design proposal how it integrates in the game, what exactly should be added. how the user actions would work etc makes it much more realistic for be fitted between other planned content

i gotta agree we do need slightly more better medical mechanics for vanilla, obviously dragging/carrying, an easier way to identify wounds obviously with check injuries we can see they are bleeding but pulling out a bandage and looking all over is inefficient
Put this feedback in the places where devs can actually find it: the feedback channel or the tracker.

yes i feel some mechanics and medical equipment are already there but not of much use since ppl can just bandage and keep going pretty much.
@cobalt sphinx The only server i kind of can play as medic is in W.C.S with ACE mods, to start you can see ppl on the map and if they are unconscious you can see it on map like a red square, there's epimen to fast revive them because the time to get up can take up 5-30 minutes modded, so you respawn or you actually need a medic to get up faster. I get my medical Humvee and sometime go to ppl on the map and load them up and revive them and feels like a good medical work 🤣
