No; still some tweaking and testing to do first. When it goes up it might not stay up either; honestly I have no idea if it breaches EULA or not.

This is how the closest point between the islands works out. About 38 meters rather than 38km and very shallow, at first glance it looks lie you could just drive across. But it's just deep enough to make it impossible. idk if I should tweak it to make it actually passable, or make it deeper so it's clear it's not passable, or just leave it as is.

only thing that makes sense to me here is adding a road from beau over a bridge onto everon

I think if they are to be connected then a bridge is appropriate because if it's the only connection between the islands then it should be proper infrastructure
if there's no connection then yea you could nuke widows hook
it would discourage wrecking your jeeps

Can you make it a few km away so you can travel to the island of arland. Almost have scenarios where you take arland first then after foot hold you fight for everon ?

It's up. I included a Conflict scenerio but I don't know if it actually works or not. I didn't check if the bases on Arland are in range of and can connect to Everon bases. I'm hosting a game on 148.251.192.168:2002.

searching everonxarland in workshop returns nothing
even with test mods
the first version I uploaded was unlisted, so it might have cached that and be hitting that old cache

I will say we will need to figure out a way to add a couple land connections lol, that will be a negative thing for those teams that have to swim or something to start moving at objectives while the other team can just drive straight off rip but either way I’ll give it a go
Well, to start they can cap all the objectives on Arland. Then heli can take a crew over to mainland and they cap a base there people can spawn from it. If people do have to swim the gap is only 30 meters then a short run up to first base
there is also the broken starting heli on each airport

hey so basically the feedback is the land connects are gonna be needed. it detered alot of players today. Likely could add a legit bridge then just make land mass natural crossings probably 2-3
I think what's really needed is boats/landing craft. I don't see any way to add a bridge that doesn't look out of place like sth plopped down in GM. Changes to land would also need a new Navmesh; I don't want to bake it or bother maintaining it. With the current setup it patches Everon's navmesh with Arland's navmesh in-place.
Just have like 2 helis as starter to help doing logi
And make a main fob

didn't work on darkgru because the starting transport helis were replaced with attack helis.
Hey @uncut nimbus I noticed that the maps lighting is a bit weird, almost looks over saturated. Doesn’t look the the default lighting on everon or Arland.
Was about to say the same thing, any ideas @uncut nimbus ? Also the map itself seems a bit pale looking and lacks all the colors.
Is there any other config in your mod that dictates the 10km draw distance? I'm running this map as a base for a mission and the draw distance seems to be hardcapped at 10km on the server (despite having it on 2500m on the server config)
The view distance way accidental; I had just set it to 10KM so I could actually see one island from another while developing it. But now I left it at 10Km because I like it lol. RE Lighting; I didn't notice differences myself, could you make a screenshot to demonstrate it?
I managed to find the issue, the "environment probe entity" has wrong settings and is set to local, if u check Ur private message from me I can provide settings that I used and managed to get it working fine.
