note: It seems like all vehicles had cost changes.

~ Starting base starts now with 600 supplies.
~ Radio relay station costs decreased to 275 supplies.
~ Ammunition supply point cost increased to 325 supplies.
~ Helipad rank increased to sergeant.
~Helipad cost decreased to 560 supplies.
~ Radio cost decreased to 100 supplies.
~ BTR cost increased to 975 supplies.
~ MI8 cost increased to 1375 supplies.

RANK changes
~ Helipad rank increased to sergeant
