New mod for modern setting servers, adding modern cartridges for the rifles ingame

These are the first two additions, M855A1 and 7n22 respectively

Those are 5.56x45 EPR and 5.45x39 AP rounds

#

Both have roughly the same pen values, using some data I pulled from Google

#

The M855A1 can pen about 10mm of Steel Plating and the 7n22 can pen about 7.5mm

Updated it to change values to be more realistic

If modders make weapons with Pmags, then they can add the cartridges into them

#

This isnt a mod meant to add weapond, just to add bullets that go in them

This mod fits well with @naive saddle More RPGs mod

And is designed to fit the Armor ratings of RHS and @compact dirge's body armors

#

Every vanilla cartridge was scaled as well
