nothing unusual in the rpt @rigid venture as far as i can see

the two things i'd recommend to try:

• remove -world=altis
• load Normandy via Eden before joining the server

does this still happen ? as this is BatlEye's own timeout (nothing to configure in server, if it wasn't roles/briefing timeout too short which was tried longer already)

Does not help. He always kicks BE at the end of the video.
