Do anyone know how to change the weather ?

I Manage to change it in the Edit of the Editor. But when playing the map, it turn clear all the time

The map can be ready within January , but it is a 1km² map, so really little and infantry inspired. I can put it on the workshop in the end of January, but as my script knowledge is close to zero, the scenario will be very basic.
