i have done a bunch of research on this since it is happened. the issue is the main communication of the traffic is UDP which has zero encryption or handshake which means that running a spoof UDP flood can be done very easily. there are no traces and can be done off a raspberry pi. they need to secure the UDP protocol its that simple.

Guerilla warfare won't be as fun.
Reforger started going wrong direction when they started dumbing things down and putting limiting mechanics ingame to suit the influx of new players.

You would take supplies to those bases, they usually only have about 100 supplies on them which isnt enough to build anything. The main operating base has slowly replenishing supplies so either take from there or the supply caches around the map.
