Well from one magician to another.

When you've done your reshade or geforce experience wizardry.
in graphics settings, up your sampling up to 200% or so if your computer can handle it, and set shadows to ultra (or higher if u have the enhanced video settings mod), then either print screen or take a pic with geforce experience to save in .png

Their ROE differs from mission to mission. Portuguese peacekeepers in the CAR are pretty much on the offensive now. But there have been plenty of peacekeeping missions where burocracy came first

Yep it does differ, actually my country's battalion (Philippines) was ordered by their Indian General to surrender all suppliesand weapons to the rebels but our battalion commander said "to hell with that" few hours later the rebels shot first. Dunno what happened to that general right after.

they glow in the dark, and they also have integrated full FOV night vision + radio, and there are 4 variants (3 seen in pic) with about 7 colors for each

there's also a script involved, if you kill any unit wearing these helmets, the helmet changes to a broken one that says "ERROR" on it

The PDF with that image is not made by the US military, but an external contractor showing off what they could do for the military. Also contains some other Arma images (looks like Chernarus and CUP and/or RHS content), claiming they can build that in UE4 🀣
