India Company would operate in the vicinity for the next five days trying to find a lost radio, left behind by the recon team, and body recovery. Unbeknownst to the Marines of DOCKLEAF and 3/26, DOCKLEAF preemptively triggered the fight that would start the siege of Khe Sanh.

On 19 January 1968 I/3/26 sent out a patrol toward Hill 881N in an attempt to find a missing radio left behind by Team DOCKLEAF some five days prior. Instead of a radio the squad patrol made point to point contact with an NVA element of unknown size. The patrol was quickly pulled back with its casualties and one KIA.

The next day, Captain Dabney had his entire company sweeping towards 881N. In the swirling haze in the valley, as the terrain began ascending towards 881 N machine gun fire ripped into 1st and 3rd Platoon on point. Twenty Marines were cut down instantly as the NVA fire swept through the elephant grass.

2nd Platoon, under Lieutenant Mike Thomas, began a flanking and assaulting action that would break the enemy’s crossfire, but at the cost of Lt. Thomas’s life. Several bunkers were swept on the incline of Hill 881N, but Dabney’s Marines were pulled back to 881S, where their 77 days of hell was just beginning.

The fight on the 19/20th cost I/3/26 approximately 40-50 casualties, two KIA platoon leaders, but earned two posthumous Navy Crosses, a posthumous Silver Star, and two Bronze Stars for valor.

Yea as sangheili says, that could just be a bug. If you joined one of those server (you will get a high ping warning but can still join) your ping in game might be less.

When my regular servers display high ping in the server browser, I often see normal ping when in the server. It tends to start off high on initially joining but levels out after a minute or so.

Not a mod issue, the items your trying to save won’t save as they are “blacklisted” by the faction settings, a game master (if the server allows) can edit this if they feel it should be done

That’s showing your at the bottom of the list of options in that menu, there should be some more options above the loadout saving allowed selection, IIRC it’s part of those settings, I’m in work currently but finish in 2 hours so worst case scenario I’ll guide you then👌🏼

Rank lock isn't going to do much, I can make this kit by Sergeant.
I'll still be able to get an rpg with 3 extra rockets, while still using a 40mm and rpk mags.

At corporal I can get up to 6 extra rockets and steel core rpk mags and an optic, jumping my kit cost up to 230 supplies

and at Sergeant ill just need to grab the 6b3 vest and suppressor, jumping it up to 270 - 320 supplies

And with all that I'll still grab a pkm jeep for myself. Medical also isnt rank locked.

The biggest issue rank lock will fix is people making an arsenal at the VERY start of the match and destorying the supply in seconds

It's also worth remembering people can modify the ranklocked items themselves to make certain stuff even higher required ranks to get

The RPG and law should be CPL rank, that I do agree with, but from testing it should stop, or at least limit how badly it affects the opening of the game

Weight it also gonna be far more detrimental to players since leg injuries slow you down even more now

So with that kit, if you take even a moderate leg injury your pretty much locked to slow walking speed
