Its an old prison area turned into a housing block for the surviving citizens.

No worries, nothing special. If you know how to use reshade, just add the Bloom effect. And so the model of the aircraft from the mod itself is of high quality so it doesn't require as such big reshade changes

If I'm not mistaken, the bloom effect can also be set in the game itself, without using reshade

I ASSUME that this is due to lack of video memory, I have an old laptop that I regularly "mock", replace the internals, overload it, in general, I constantly experiment on it 😅, so there I have Arma3 installed, and when I once again I tried to experiment with the load, exactly the same defect as you described occurred, I can’t be sure that this is why, since I’m not an expert, but again I assume that this is due to a lack of video memory, the graphics settings are automatically reset to lower to continue working and avoid errors or other undesirable consequences

I don't know how much video memory you have, but if there is more than enough, there is most likely some kind of "limiter", especially on laptops, some functions are cut down to "save battery"

Apparently old ARMA (but I don't recall this issue in Cold War Assault so Gold must have introduced it) has an issue where your speed in vehicles gets messed up after loading a save, it's not too bad for Helicopters but Jets....

I ended up cheesing that mission by auto-pilot landing and just letting the AI finish it (but still want to know how you're supposed to fly jets or if they're really that broken in that game.)
