anyway, the easiest way to get a list of the mods is to run the game normally from the launcher
then checking the command line arguments
you can use process explorer for that
it'll look something like:

So I ended up loading mods through the workshop method and then using the command line to load them. However, the server doesnt appear when I start it and it seems its full of some errors which I don't understand. The errors are in this text file but the main recurring one seems to be "Unsupported language English in stringtable"

You need to upload all the mods you use onto your server, and then start the server using the mod string I.e “@CWA;@CUPUnits;” etc.

If you edited your mission with a particular mod, your server needs to be running the same mods.

If you get the content deleted message, you either aren’t running the mod or your mission.sqm file is still calling for modded files.

I'm definitely running all the mods as I tried making a new mission from scratch using only the mods loaded into command line & installed, it followed the process of working fine with no ace features. Then as soon as I add ace loadouts (map tools, morphine etc)/ace arsenal it has the issue same as the screenshot above stating I'm missing the compat mod. I've installed using the server workshop feature and using an FTP but it still persists and I have no idea why lol. The files are there and on the server, I can see them in the file manager.
