it forces work to cpu
also you should turn off any fancy enhancements on GPU control panel if you got any and see if they affect fps

It just reset my audio and video settings again, at least it kept my controls after I just spent 20 minutes changing them again. If this is going to happen every time I exit the game and come back now I’m done

Do you use one drive for your windows user? That can mess up settings when it pulls old stuff from Web and does not save changes
