I wanted to share something of my work. In this case I need to create ~80 tables from ~240 measurements, which are very time consuming and everybody else use tedious excel files. There is nothing too fancy here, probably just linguify but it is a very simple case.

Just sharing for encouraging those who need professional tables and doesn't know the power of Typst. This table is specified in IEC 60268-16:2020. The json file was generated in julia.

For those of you who want to see the source code, I will probably release it in a package (just this specific table, I think...). Please tell me if this is helpful for anyone.

Nice! You could also experiment with having way less vertical borders as is recommended by many typography guides. Ie. something like the attached example. Of course, of there is a requirement of such boxes, then go for it.

I think they are replicating the common ISO / CEN (ugly) formatting of tables with bold titles and grid lines.
