#How can I cancel with a text above it?

I want to get something like in the picture.
People helped me and the most I got is:

  paint: red,
  thickness: 1pt,
), ),  tr: epsilon/2)```
Now I want to somehow make the epsilon/2 a bit bigger if possible and I want it to be an arrow and not a line.

Maybe it is possible but this pinit has examples of arrows not on the text but near it..
