hello, is there a way to use my touchpad to drag and hold to add water, grass, etc.? i feel like i was able to before but now i have to click each tile one by one.

use proton experimental for now! that should fix things if you're dealing with what I dealt with :)

no, it wont let me click and drag my widgets either

odd- that's the exact issue i dealt with in the previews on an older version of Proton

i wonder if its a controller setting in game

okay- did some checking:

• Proton 9.0.4 has the issue w/ the mouse/touchpad not letting me click and drag
• Proton Experimental (10.0.0 iirc this is wrong) does not have this issue for me

granted, i'm playing on a laptop (with linux, so proton is needed)

how do u see which version of proton experimental u have?

i don't know if you can check in Steam's UI :(

Experimental should be testing the latest fixes though no matter what

you're 100% certain you're running experimental now? (not doubting you, it just doesn't hurt to double check, i've made silly mistakes like that before hehe)

@velvet coral I just tested with Proton 10.0-3 and that one doesn't have the issue if you wanna try that version :)

idk what i did but i switched to desktop mode, went back to gaming mode and it works now!!!
