#Small bugs/observations.

Sometimes the bunnies are walking on water or in the middle of town. I don't know if this is a bug or if it's intentional, but sometimes people leave the train station already dirty and have bugs flying around them and it spreads to other people. Sometimes the maintenance people just stand still and do nothing. Frankly, the import ticket system is too much effort for so little reward. So far, the best thing I can export for tickets is raw mana at 1 for 1 but items to import are costing tons of tickets. Then the export jobs are so short on time I have no time to gather the requested items when I need them to grow in the farmland. In my opinion, the coins are already generating so much so those should be used for purchasing items to decorate the town and the tickets should be used for something more special and at a more rewarding rate.

Accessibility wise, I just cannot see in the mines, woods, or sewer settings. The fogginess is too much with my eyes and I cannot see.

A few specific answers to things:

  • Have you tried using the ticket pod? You can throw excess items in there and it will give you tickets, and you don't have to fulfill specific quests for them!
  • When your maitenance workers are standing around, is there trash they're ignoring? They might not have things to do
  • Sometimes tourists come that are stinky! You can hit them with the bubble gun to clean them
  • When you're having trouble in the mines / woods / sewers, is that when you're zoomed in and out as well? We adjusted it to make it easier recently but this will help us know how much it's affecting folks

Just to clarify what Emily said about the fog, we have a fix submitted but it hasn't been deployed yet. It will come to the preview branch in the next patch, so you might want to keep an eye out for that one!

Hello! Apologies for the delay.

  1. Yes, I do use the ticket pod. I must apologize because I learned after making this post that I was not actually accepting Export Jobs. Once I figured that out, I wanted to rescind that specific complaint. All good there. But maybe more prominent/clear instructions on this would help?
  2. Yes, the maintenance workers do just ignore trash sometimes.
  3. I knew they were coming in stinky! Then are they supposed to be using the Freshenator? Because they haven't been. And I take it these specific townies are also meant to ignore trash cans? Because they do. This is not a complaint, just want to make sure it's known in case it's not intentional.
  4. For the zones, the more I'm zoomed out the harder it is for me to see. When I'm zoomed in really close to my character, it's clearer, but there's just not a lot to see as well. It may be intentional from your end which is fine, but I can't really see.

Additional things I observed recently:

  1. When the Fast Food shop makes fries, there is a fry standing out of the wall on the right (player's right).
  2. A few stores have the townies in tables or bushes. One example is the Arcade with the robot townie. I'm at work so I can't give exact details, but I can let you know tonight? If you want screenshots, I'm happy to provide.
  3. Sometimes while closing the game it doesn't close at all and I have to go through Task Manager. I am closing from the main menu.

Yep, some villagers don't like to be clean! They'll also ignore trash cans, that's intentional 🚮

Instead of screenshots, feel free to hit F8 to submit a bug report in-game. That'll give us a copy of your save so we can look into it!

With closing the game, just checking - are you quitting out of both menus? Assume so but just want to check!
