Notification speed

the notification pop up is a bit fast to actually focus and read it. either the pop up being larger or the speed slowed down, either as a setting option would be beneficial.

Is there a specific notification you are struggling to read? Some of them appear for longers than other. But perhaps a global modifier is something that might be useful.

I would love a global, let them all be same speed..I beleive it was discovery ones that made me notice it, the lore.
