Does everyone just cover the town in grass before starting to place stuff? Mine is a hot mess and no way can I layout anything close to this unless I do.

Is there a way to remove the grass/roads when added over the waters?

That’s a good question. I will have to check for a water tab like there is for grass or pavement when I can get on next. I feel like there should be…or I hope so as I have filled some of my water with more land 😬

yes! you can place water again in the terraforming tab!
