one of the NPCs got stuck in "watering". somehow he managed to position himself where the water is not hitting the plot, so he kept watering. i tried to move the device, didn't help. tried to delete it. that helped, the device was gone, the watering was interrupted but the hose remained then lying on the ground detached.

Hello, I have almost the same bug as you, i deleted the Hose Reel when an employee was using the hose and since then I can take the hose but I don't have the device.
I've tried saving and restarting the game but I still get this bug. 😅
