Hi, here are the logs I found while testing Kanban.
I have been experimenting with the Kanban functionality, and during testing my Kanban database became corrupted. Every time the Kanban error happened, the Codex/OpenAI connection error appeared immediately after it. This happened consistently while Kanban was enabled.

The user logs here are important to get from the OP to determine what commit they are on, etc. Anybody that is not the OP with the same issue or similar, please open a support thread with the logs as requested in the post guidelines. Having everyone with a similar issue in one thread only confuses the situation.
