To actually diagnose, we need from okuy:
- The exact error/output they see when the browser tool runs (from ~/.hermes/logs/agent.log or the CLI session)
- Output of hermes doctor 2>&1 | tail -60
- ps -ef | grep agent-browser and `which agent-browser
