hey so while honcho cant officially support the codex usage, this is overall great work & would love to have you open a pr into honcho if you feel

@rapid pilot I made some pretty substantial changes to other parts to make it easier to self host. Are you just wanting the codex part?
happy to give back if it interests you. love what you guys are doing, just didn't know if my direction fitted what you were planning to do
