Profiles do nothing

My new Hermes profile seems unaware of being a profile, it has its own model and provider set up and I had to create a separate wiki for it manually, but apparently it was still picking model from the root hermes directory and burnt through that plans tokens.
I tried to add some hints to it's SOUL.md file but it seems neither the default nor the new one actually reads it consistently.

how did you set up the model and the profile?

I ran the command "hermes create profile profilename", the new profile has its own model set up in its own profile folder the same way the default/root hermes has.
Each profile has their own messaging set up, one has discord and the other has telegram.

can you try putting the model (and provider) in ~/.hermes/profiles/<name>/config.yaml, and always start that profile’s processes with hermes -p <name> ... (or set HERMES_HOME to that folder in systemd) so nothing falls back to ~/.hermes.
