Yes, I do use it. I'm not sure if it saves much for development tasks, but it definitely does for CLI tasks, commands, and configuration

You won't notice any latency in the operations. However, since it's a proxy, it's advisable to tell Hermes not to use it if the command includes any type sensitive information
