I suppose around 75 €, I haven't calculated it exactly yet. It was the first prototype.

desert merlin looks very interesting

It depends on what you consider equivalent. There are no antennas on the commercial market with any extra parameters, so I think it does quite well with an active length of 1.2 meters.

there is a webserver in Romania using a similar antena but homemade. He designed and built it like that to be easier to mount on the rotor. Seem to be working fine.
