We should be able to trade or use extra special crew to re-roll a different crew mate, example i have 15 seekers, i would use 4 unused seekers to re-roll a different crew mate other than seeker or to be able to sell/trade unused crew

At the top of the crew lists are some "categories" such as "sailor," "pirate," and "military."

If you put a "pirate" and a "military" crew on the same ship, their bonuses will be reduced in effectiveness unless you also put a Ginger on board, which will take up a crew slot but allow you to have military and pirate special crew on the same ship with full effectiveness

I challenge the part "Ginger will take up a crew slot", as the description of the Ginger a) states otherwise and b) as you can see there are 5 special crew on this ship instead of the usual max. of 4 (note. not needed here actually, just to showcase).
