Make people get tokens point based on contribution, not based on wins. You deal lot of damage/secure lot of cargo, you get more tokens. Rating can be kept as is, but how you reward players should be revamped.

agreed, adding first to third rates to mass battle has just made it so it takes twice as long to get into a match regardless of what rate ship you are

it does gonna benefit if the playerbase is huge, but they should have done this in steam release, not now
