YW2 PS content backport for YW2 BS/FS

Also, fix the Wondernyan Bug from 2.0
This idea is mainly geared for @burnt meadow

2.Exclusivity Remove for PS could be said the same but for BS/FS, actually 2 fold, as it saves you from getting 2 games instead of this mod which would only save 1

the kind of mod you are asking for would be able to add maps and quests in files

a psychic specters user already have all the content of the 3 games on their game card, but not a BS/FS

All the PS Yo-kai are in BSFS, just not the ways to access them. Bosses are the whole reason you can’t complete the Medalium in BSFS in 2.0
