I pressed Dump RomFS on citra but albatross is not working, i remember i got it to work with YKW 1 before but it's been a long time and i don't remember how this works.

maybe you didn't waited until the end of the dump, or maybe i'm missing something myself XD
I always use the european version with that tool, and there are a lot of language files into, i cannot miss them

The european version and Psychic Specter are recommended because they include all languages and require few updates.
If you absolutely want to use the US versions, you also need to dump the updates and merge the .fa files, it's an additional step
