Need help with Exclusivity Removal mod

I tried installing it on my US copy of psychic specters on lime3ds with YWML and it's not loading (the title screen doesn't change) and I followed the instructions listed on the github link on the gamebanana page. If anyone knows how to get it working that would be great. 🙏

the title screen is just an english exclusivity
