Not all of the license or models can be used in a commerical setting LLaMA for example is a non-commerical

And some like ChatGapt3,4 don't allow NSFW content.

There is a difference between NSFW (legal) and obscenity (not legal).

Providers should be concerned about actual obscenity, for legal reasons.

I do not.

because not only do model providers not permit NSFW, plenty of hosts don't either.

meaning that unless local generation is used, there isn't a way to make NSFW content. I don't have a poweful enough machine to do local generation though.

I also take into account what usage policy says for various sites.

Because at some future date there will be people that will want to use generative AI and LLM's for making NSFW content.
