Okay fair. Are you going to look into distributing SmartGPT with a 'free' (GNU sense) model?
(I probably can't run it locally anyway, as my OS is o-l-d.)

BTW if you do choose to make a distribution of SmartGPT, you should include an additional note , clarifying it's use for 'third-party' and 'commissioned enquiry' services. Generally something like that note would clarify that it's the user of the model that has to abide by any additional terms the model provider sets (like content policy). After all your software isn't as I understand it actively designed to use a specific one, or set any particular usage policy by itself.
