Even if you did give it a virtual desktop + logged in, current GPT-5 doesn’t maintain persistent “live control” — it works in short bursts, not continuous background automation.
On top of that, Google will throw 2FA, suspicious login flags, and session timeouts at you. So you’d constantly have to re-auth or babysit it.
TL;DR: We’re not at “AI personal assistant living in your Gmail” yet — we’re at “AI tells you what to do, you click it yourself” unless you bolt on custom tools + scripts.

I guess if you told it to give you one sentence answers and then had rapid fire conversations with it you could hit 3000 in a month, but the thinking model would still take probably a minute to reply to each prompt and then you'd need to read it, and type out a reply. You'd still be getting very little sleep.
