AI might suck at certain tasks relating to the development process of software and games, but I know it can at least help people down the right path of figuring out what they need to do if they ever get stuck. AI will make their jobs easier for sure. But one day, possibly soon, I have trouble believing non-expert software developers will be wanted in the work force at all. Especially with these agent things coming soon.

And what about when AI can learn new things on its own, and even predict issues before they happen based on previous experiences?

As for digital artists, AI can try all it wants to give you what you want. It almost always has issues though. And even if it isn't physically observable, you'll never have a true argument in court if your copyrighted image is legitimately your intellectual property, right?

Education, yeah that one is bad. But people deserve a right to get exact answers of anything they want without reading hundreds of pages of a book first. Or sitting through hours of a lecture, where some important stuff you learn won't even be retained

no, it's just LLM and it can act weird. It either misunderstood you or it's 1 of those instances where what it says makes absolutely no sense at all lol

and if you gonna ask it if it does have access to your IP before it using the tool.... it would be factually correct responding with a no. It can potentially retrieve it and then it would be different but A) it has a very long system prompt and is not always perfectly context aware and B) technically it has no clue if that tool even works before it uses it since it doesn't really have that info by default

it's different for smth like bing. They are appending your IP location directly to the system prompt iirc
