i did pretraining on maybe like 15 minutes worth of collected pretraining data for this run

1. always request data export when you can and download it, even if you dont want to follow this. its extremely useful
2. run this script (attached) in the same directory of the data export. it will give you a messages.csv file with every ID of every message youve ever sent, and where it was, example:

3. submit the messages.csv file to discord support and tell them to delete everything because of gdpr article 17

take a sample, apply noise to it. pass it through an encoder that produces an embedding, then separately through two decoders, one of which attempts to denoise the sample, and the other which attempts to predict a future sample's values based on the input samples values
