I just posted one similar to this. It does take time but generally never this long. It usually delivers on the next day after SS close (so yesterday). We're a few hours out from Tuesday and avatar frame progress still hasn't recorded. Given the number of bugs during this showdown, likely worth a set of eyes to ensure folks don't miss out on their rewards.
