I have proof of unlocking the Paluos shop, showing I beat the boss on the 4th map. However, after defeating the boss and obtaining the Moon Stone with friends, we returned to camp, only to find that it didn't register. The only possible issue I can think of is that I haven't completed the 3rd map yet. Could this be affecting it?

I can confirm this bug. Completed it with friends and got 2 cores in the mission complete screen but then in the camp have 0.

I tried in solo mode, without negative currency, i got 2 cores (in game) and 0 in camp. So i guess its a serious bug

I’m not sure tbh, I grabbed a lot of cursed curios so it’s likely.

Ok i tested the theory and did a run where i grabbed zero cursed curios that give negative currency, i still did not receive my moon stones
doesnt seem that theres any current workaround the bug and you can just be hit with in unfortunately

Yea since playing a few games now, most of the time i dont get the moon stone but now and then i do so it just feels like it occurs randomly

Me and my friend is having the same bug. It says we'll X amount of Moon cores on completion but in camp we've gotten none.

They are dropping. The problem is they don't drop on the boss, they get spread out and the timer prevents people from picking them up. I've confirmed this on multiple runs. They need to drop exactly where the boss dies.

We’ve received reports of players picking up the Moon Core, only to find it missing from their inventory back at camp. I’ll pass along the feedback about dropping it at the boss’s location, but we definitely need to investigate why some players are collecting it but then can’t use it.

Yes they are dropping, but the mentionned bug has nothing to do with the inability to retrieve loot in time. Actually, even if you do get the loot, you can't use it because it doesn't appear in the camp afterwards.
