Not sure what the automod did with my message there, but I'm not re-typing it now. If you can bring it back and delete this one, that would be appreciated.

Summary:
Each rank of cooldown reduction (from a shrine or shop) appears to add roughly 0.5 seconds of cooldown time to items and dash/jump.

With six ranks, I had a ~13 second grenade, and ~10 second dash. I then tested a bunch more with 2x and they appeared to add ~1 second.

I've tested it with the default/first loadout (111), on both maps, and it appears to do it every time, with no other than the initial skills chosen.

As far as I can tell, cooldown reduction adds ~0.5 seconds to dash, double-jump and item-usage (at least Estalo) cooldowns per rank. At 6 ranks of it, I had a ~10-something dash and ~13 second Estalo. I haven't tested it extensively, but it happens on both maps.

Not sure if there are other conditions that triggers it, I've tested on both maps with only one initial skill as well as CD from both shops and shrines.

Description: Cooldown reduction from the shop or shrines appear to add ~0.5 seconds of additional cooldown time, rather than subtracting 10% as it states.
Reproduction steps: Acquire cooldown reduction x2 and observe ~1 seconds of additional time having been added to the cooldowns. Get more, increase cooldown more (linearly, seems like ~0.5 seconds per).
