I love Perplexity and use it every day, recommending it to my friends because I really believe in it, but I’m worried the current direction will push new users away. it honestly makes me sad to see more and more people here asking for refunds, canceling saying “this is my last month”, and sharing bad experiences on social media.

At the same time, myself I see:
Many bugs (including payments/credits) often stick around with little info about fixes.
Reduced usage limits for pro, and no monthly Computer credits.
Grok, Kimi, Deepseek disappeared with no real replacement, even though a lot of us came here because Perplexity had all flagship models!
The web app is amazing, but the macOS app feels old and far behind web/Windows/iOS.

A few things that would really help:
Please focus more on bug fixing, stability, and paid users support.
Bring back Grok (or similar options) and add a coding‑focused model like Grok code fast 1, Kimi, Qwen, MiniMax with generous limits.
Better accessibility features, like “read aloud” on web & desktop apps
For power users/devs: official VS Code and CLI tools that run on our Pro plan login, not extra API usage, so we can use Perplexity directly in our workflows

My account shows Pro, but Computer still asks me to buy credits and shows 0 available credits.
