I have a local folder with properly named photos of my apartment. I also used an image CLI tagging tool to automatically generate metadata for each photo (one .metadata file per image). In addition, I have an Excel file with extra information related to each image.

My goal is to provide a vision model with over 40 photos, 40 metadata files, and the Excel reference sheet so it can help me manage my overwhelm and executive-function challenges. I want to use the model to get step-by-step guidance on decluttering my place and preparing it for a contractor I’m paying to paint and make repairs.

As part of decluttering, I also need help identifying items to discard—such as outdated tech books I just found in my closet (e.g., a Windows 2000 Microsoft Server book, Cisco CCNA, and Oracle DBA manuals). OLD power adatpors and Cables no longer need like DVI, or old USB and some other Junk.

Given that tools like Preplexity, Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude may struggle to ingest this amount of multi-modal context at once, what would be the best approach to make this work? So in the end I end up with a none overwheliming Task that easy on my executive function and in a logical order time wise and time for each part.

Could I do this with a Fabric Lakehouse and my Fabric Trial OR DataBricks?
