Hello all, I need some help. I am part of the business fellowship and recieved a promo code ot a year of enterprise pro (100 seats) for my company. I was investigating the purchasing of hte subscription so I could report back to my bosses and help them make a decision. I selected "pay via invoice" and then continue, thinking that I would have the opportunity to enter the promo code or atleast press confirm before commiting to the invoice. HOWEVER as soon as I pressed continue I was emailed an invoice saying I must pay $400 as well as a secondary email saying the invoice was now overdue. I look on the invoice and elsewhere and there was no way to input the promocode anywhere. I immediately contacted support who said that there is a "high volume of requests regarding the Business Fellowship promo code." and someone will be in touch as soon as possible but I'm worried abut what will be the result of this as this could negatively impact my career. Does anyone have any experience with this and can share how it was resolved? Hoping this can be sorted as my company (Very large international IT company 8000+ people) are very interested in using perplexity if this is handled correctly. Please let me know!
