I wanted educated answers to my responses, and an AI that doesn’t learn how it should respond to me. I use it for Q&A to give me starting points for learning new things, or getting new sources for more information on topics I’m already familiar with.

Hello all! Idk what I’ll take from a forum, but lately I’ve realized how wide the applications for AI are, and I’ve found an interest in learning new ways to utilize these resources. I’ve been researching health insurance plans as it’s that time of year (yayiee open enrollment 🙄). I was so overwhelmed with information, I thought to ask my app to help sort the available plans based on different factors. It took the comparisons I was doing by hand and listed them in various sorting methods within seconds. It made very difficult work of a shit ton of information in the time it took me to put down the pencil.

I’m neurodivergent and living with a tbi. I’m really grateful to have access to this technology that makes it easier to process information and share it to me it in ways that help my mind understand. I’ve trained my app on how to reply, so it’s considerate of my divergence and uses a voice that’s considerate, breaking down answers into absorbable chunks.

This is revolutionizing the way I’m able to interact with information. I’m happy to be here with you, and am looking forward to learning new ways to apply this to my life. ☺️

Hello Perplexity Team,

This is an urgent escalation regarding my account under [peacelogic@me.com], covering:

Conflicts between my former Enterprise Max account and a new consumer Max subscription on the same email.

A series of support failures, miscommunications, and UI/UX issues that have now spanned weeks.

A serious data‑use concern created when my account was downgraded to a free consumer tier with training enabled by default.

The fact that I considered, and still would like to explore, a partnership, but am now genuinely frustrated by how this has been handled.

I still believe in Perplexity’s mission and product, which is why I have invested this much time. However, if this cannot be resolved promptly and fairly, I will have to explore a full chargeback of all recent payments through my bank—something I would strongly prefer to avoid.

My name is Maksim Dolgov, and I am very actively interested in AI. I would really love to join any Perplexity beta testing program or early access group.

Previously, I participated in the Bing beta and was accepted among the first users. I take confidentiality seriously and can keep things strictly to myself, including experimental features and internal details.

I am especially interested in actively testing and trying to find vulnerabilities or edge cases in the product, but I am still learning how to do this systematically. At one point I believe I encountered a potential issue, but unfortunately I accidentally deleted the chat where it happened.

If there is any way to be considered for beta testing or early access to new Perplexity features (such as experimental UI, new models, or Comet), I would be very grateful. Even a small chance to help improve the product would mean a lot, because I do not really have people around me to share this passion for AI with, so Perplexity has become an important part of how I explore this field.
