Hello!

Me and my friend have been trying to beat the Fell Dragon Youngling to no avail. We tried it legitimately and it went utterly terribly. We tried cheesing it, and it kept respawning to full HP. We feel as though we've made no progress on it, and every attempt at fighting it results in very quick obliteration.

I know that we can switch to a mage build to have a better time with it, but we've built up our build over the course of the game, and I hate having to switch my entire build over for one meager obstacle. Plus, having to go through the hassle of making new armors to fit the build would be annoying.

We're both playing melee builds, and that's our preferred build.

At this point, we're hoping for someone to help us, be it through just giving us the head if that's an option, or coming into our world and defeating it so that we can get the head.

Hey there, the dragon youngling was a butt to beat, but I used a strategy I picked up from another user on YouTube; just hide in a nearby mountain and slowly shoot with arrows until it dies. There is a specific location on a nearby mountaintop that is perfect to hide in and only his wind attack can throw you. But it's in a spot you can just hop back up from easily, so that's how I killed it with my partner. If you need another party member to join, let me know. We could figure something out. But I just watched a YouTube video, tried it out, and it worked. Took a long time, but it was successful, and as I had also done a tank/melee buildout this method made most sense for me

I'm currently alone trying to beat this thing. My build is mostly mage and bows and I've even lowered the dmg output of bosses on my server and still can't do it bc I suck at dodging the attacks, getting stuck in the snow etc.
I haven't tried to cheese method yet.
I'm not the most confident I could be a great carry or anythin but I would at least like to give it a shot in a group as well

Holy cow, I just tried it again dumping every arrow I had into it and slid back onto the platform just before it died and it worked.
Imma still watch the video, curious to see how others do it
