Different types of drives. Either a Hard disk (spinning disk) or a Solid State drive.

The game really needs to be on a Solid State drive. It doesn't load from a Spinning Disk well, and that can cause objects and such not to load.

If you load up the Disk Deframenter (from the Start menu) it should list out your drives and what type they are.

You should put it on a Solid State drive, yes.

The other issue is that if Steam and the game are installed on different drives it can also cause issues.

and changing to SSD helped alot

bit better frames, almost no more small freezes or lags

and loading is much faster
