Hello! This is my first mega build (in this game at least) and I wanted to share some of the progress on it. My inspiration for it is a cross between Ironforge from WoW and Khazad'um.
It has taken me a few months to get to this point, hollowing out a huge section of the Howling peak. It is a single maxed out flame altar. I made many mistakes in the early stages (mainly in carving out the space from the middle out rather than from the top down which would have been much faster in the long run.

This is all being done solo since I am a full-rime illustrator and concept artist and mainly use this as a way to clear my head between gigs. The city is divided into three levels at the moment with the possibility of adding one more in the future. It is also divided into three main chambers connected by a series of hallways, walkways, and bridges. The main hall is depicted here. The north and south wings are connected to the main hall vie large narrow archways. The north wing is currently under construction and is also depicted below. I am planning workshops, marketplaces, and homes for all NPCs. An armory, storage, banquet hall, taverns, wizard tower, crypt/necromancer area, indoor farm and animal pens, throne room, and more. It will take a long time. I am considering looking into mods to help with speeding up the process (tired of falling when building tall/high structures. I have so much decorating to do, but am gathering everything myself so it takes a bit.

Please feel free to share feedback and ideas!

Looks very good so far, I really like the hall with the pillars. But I would still work on the ceiling of the hall with the gate and the houses. It's always a shame when it's just straight without any meaningful structure.

Definitely got the vibe/cross worlds right! Nicely done!

I may end up changing it out because it is a bit out of place from the rest of the decor, but it does look really cool against the bronze blocks.
